Biography
Her research interests are related to the functional ingredients in foods and natural products, absorption and bioavailability in humans, clinical trial design on the efficacy of food components in biomarkers associated with chronic diseases. She has published 100 research papers and review articles and has substantially contributed to scientific books and encyclopedias.
